Clearing out a parent's or loved one's home is a lot, physically and otherwise. Once the family has taken what matters, we take care of what's left: the furniture in every room, the closets, the kitchen, the attic, the garage and the shed. We do all the lifting and carrying, haul it to a proper disposal or recycling site, and sweep up as each room is cleared.
You'll be talking to Nick, the owner, the whole way through. Bigger homes can take more than one load, and we'll tell you that up front instead of at the end. For larger houses we may want to see it in person before giving a number. Estimates are free either way.
Families often call us after the estate sale is over or after relatives have taken what they want. Some are working against a closing date or the end of a lease. Text us the timeline when you send photos, and we'll tell you our next open time. Same-day pickup often available. Bigger houses can be scheduled across more than one load.

What an estate cleanout costs
You pay for how much of our 6x12 dump trailer your stuff fills, from a $125 minimum up to $650 for a full load. Labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal are included. Typical sizes for this kind of job:

Before the cleanout
A few things that make the job go smoother:
- Pull out photos, keepsakes and important papers first.
- Check pockets, drawers, books and boxes for cash, jewelry and documents.
- Mark anything that stays with tape or sticky notes, or close it in one room.
- Set aside old paint, chemicals and fuel from the garage. We can't take those.
- If family is out of town, decide who will be our point of contact.
