We haul away whatever isn't making the move, from the couch that won't fit in the new place to the last pile of end-of-lease junk. We carry it down the stairs, load it on our 6x12 dump trailer and sweep up so you can turn in the keys.
Nicks Junk Removal was built by an OU student in Norman, so we know how the end of a semester and the end of a lease stack up around town. Text us photos and your move-out date, and we'll send a ballpark priced by how much trailer space your stuff takes.
Storage units are some of the easiest jobs to price from photos: open the door, take a picture from the front and one from each side, and tell us the unit size. If the unit is going back to the facility, we'll empty it all and sweep the floor. If you want to keep a few things, set them by the door and we'll work around them.

What a move-out or storage unit cleanout costs
You pay for how much of our 6x12 dump trailer your stuff fills, from a $125 minimum up to $650 for a full load. Labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal are included. Typical sizes for this kind of job:

Before move-out day
A few things that make the job go smoother:
- Put everything that's going in one room or one corner.
- Check with your apartment office about where a truck and trailer can park.
- For a storage unit, check the facility's gate hours and make sure you can get us in.
- Mention stairs, elevators and long hallways.
- Separate anything you're still moving so it doesn't get loaded.

Can you pick up from an upstairs apartment?
Yes. We carry it out from wherever it is, including upstairs rooms and apartments.
Can you empty my storage unit?
Yes. A small storage unit is usually about a 5/8 load, and a large one is about a full load. Text photos for an estimate.
How much does an apartment or dorm move-out cost?
A dorm room is usually about a 3/8 load ($315 estimate) and a studio about a 1/2 load ($375 estimate). All prices are estimates, and your final quote is given in person.
