1.Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on how much of our 6x12 dump trailer your job fills:

• Heavy materials (like concrete, shingles, and dirt), mattresses, and some specialty items can add a fee. We'll tell you about any added fee before we load.
• Estimates from photos are our best guess. If the items on site are different from what was shown, the price may change.
• You approve the final price before we load anything.
• Jobs that need more than one load are priced the same way for each extra load.

2.What we take and won't take

We haul most household, garage, yard, and light cleanout junk. We can't take:

• Hazardous waste, asbestos, paint, fuel, propane, or chemicals

We also don't do major structural demolition. If you're not sure about an item, just ask.

3.Your responsibilities

• You must own the items or have the right to get rid of them.
• Please give us safe access to the items, including a clear path, and let us know about pets, steps, or anything tricky.
• Pull out anything you want to keep before we start, and tell us about anything hidden in drawers, boxes, or bags.

4.Scheduling and cancellations

Same-day pickup is often available, but it isn't guaranteed. Weather, traffic, and other jobs can shift our schedule, and we'll reach out if a time needs to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the spot to someone else.

5.Payment

Payment is due when the job is done, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We take payment through Square, including Tap to Pay. Invoices and reminders may be sent by text or email.

6.Your property and access

We take reasonable care when working at your home or business. Moving heavy items can leave minor scuffs or marks, and we're not responsible for conditions that were already there before we arrived, like worn floors, loose railings, or cracked driveways. If something does happen during the job, tell us right away and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right.

7.Once it's loaded, it's gone

When items are on our trailer, they belong to us to dispose of, recycle, or donate. We can't go back and dig something out once it's loaded or dropped off, so please double-check before we haul.

8.Limits on our responsibility

We'll do our best on every job. In plain words: to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, like lost items you didn't tell us about or lost time. If we are responsible for a problem, the most we'd owe is the amount you paid for that job.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies when you book.
