Park in your garage again
The garage is where everything ends up: the treadmill nobody uses, boxes from the last move, the couch that was only going out there "for now." When you can't fit a car in anymore, we'll clear it out. You decide what stays. We carry out everything else, load it on the trailer and sweep the floor when we're done.
A few things by the door or the whole garage, it's one visit. Most garage jobs are priced by how much of our 6x12 dump trailer they fill, so a partly full one-car garage is a very different price from a packed two-car garage. Photos from the driveway and the back corners are usually enough for a solid ballpark.
A lot of garage cleanouts turn into a little of everything: a dead freezer, a broken grill, a rusty bike, a futon from a college apartment. That's fine. It all goes on the same trailer and gets priced together by volume, so you don't need a separate pickup for each kind of junk. If you're clearing the garage to sell the house or before a move, we can do the attic or a storage shed on the same visit.

What a garage cleanout costs
You pay for how much of our 6x12 dump trailer your stuff fills, from a $125 minimum up to $650 for a full load. Labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal are included. Typical sizes for this kind of job:

Before we get there
A few things that make the job go smoother:
- Garages collect paint, motor oil, fuel and pool chemicals. We can't take those, so set them aside for your local household hazardous waste drop-off.
- Drain the gas from mowers, trimmers and other small engines.
- Mark what you're keeping with tape or move it to one side.
- Mention heavy stuff like pavers, bricks or bags of concrete. Heavy materials can add a fee.
- Back the car out so we have room to work.

Do I need to sort everything before you come?
No. Just know what you're keeping. Mark it or move it to one side, and we'll take the rest.
Can you take old paint and motor oil?
No. We don't take hazardous waste, paint, fuel, propane or chemicals. Set those aside and we'll work around them.
Can you take a lawn mower?
Yes, once the gas is drained. We can't haul fuel.
What if my garage doesn't fit in one load?
We price each extra load the same way. Big cleanouts can take more than one trip, and we'll tell you up front.
Is the estimate free?
