1.What we collect

When you fill out our quote form, text us, call, or email, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The address or town where the job is
• Details about the job, like what needs to go and where it is
• Photos you send us of the items or the space

When you pay, your payment is handled by Square. We don't store your card number ourselves.

2.How we use it

• To give you a quote and answer your questions
• To schedule your pickup and get in touch about it
• To send invoices, receipts, and reminders by text or email
• To send a text after the job asking if you'd leave a review (totally optional)
• To keep basic business and bookkeeping records

3.Text messages

If you text us or give us your number, we may text you about your quote, your appointment, your invoice, and a review request after the job. We don't send marketing blasts. You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP or just asking us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

4.Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Squarespace, which hosts our website and quote form
• Square, which processes payments and invoices
• Google Workspace and Google Voice, which we use for email, calls, and texts
• QuickBooks, which we use for bookkeeping

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5.Photos

Photos you send help us give you an accurate quote. We may take before-and-after photos of the job and share some of them on our website or social media to show our work. When we do, we leave out personal details like your name, house number, and anything else that identifies you. If you'd rather we not use photos of your job at all, just tell us before or after the job and we'll respect that.

6.Cookies and analytics

Our website runs on Squarespace, which may set cookies and collect basic visitor data, like pages viewed, browser type, and general location. This helps keep the site working and shows us how people find us. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site should still work.

7.How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and keep normal business, tax, and bookkeeping records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or stop using it.

8.Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, fix something that's wrong, or delete it. Just email or text us. We'll do what we reasonably can, though we may need to keep some records, like invoices, for tax or legal reasons.

9.Children

Our services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top.
