When it has to come apart before it can go
Some jobs are more than picking things up. An old shed rotting in the back corner, a hot tub nobody has used in years, or a small structure that has to come apart before it can go anywhere. We take it apart, load the pieces on our 6x12 dump trailer, haul it all away and leave the yard clean.
These jobs take more labor and time than a regular pickup, so they're quoted separately and aren't covered by our per-load prices. Text photos for a custom quote. We don't do major structural demolition. If the shed is full, we can haul what's inside too. Just mention it when you send photos so it's part of the quote.

Every one of these is a custom quote. Four things move the number:

Before we come out
A few things that make the job go smoother:
- Hot tubs: tell us whether it's drained and whether it's still wired. Power needs to be safely disconnected before removal, and hardwired power is a job for an electrician.
- Sheds: empty out anything you're keeping, and set aside paint, fuel and chemicals.
- Tell us about gates, fences, slopes and anything else between the structure and the street.
- If an older structure might contain asbestos, it has to be tested and handled by a licensed abatement company first. We can't take asbestos.

Are sheds and hot tubs priced per load?
No. Light demolition, shed removal and hot tub removal take more labor and time, so they're quoted separately from our load prices. Text photos and we'll give you a custom quote.
Does my hot tub need to be drained and disconnected?
Tell us its condition when you text photos. Power needs to be safely disconnected before removal, and a hardwired tub should be disconnected by an electrician.
Can you remove the concrete slab under a shed?
Concrete is heavy material that's charged by weight at the dump. Mention the slab when you text photos and we'll tell you whether it can be part of your quote.
Do you do house or structural demolition?
No. We don't do major structural demolition. Our demo work is light tear-out like sheds and hot tubs.
Can you haul what's inside the shed too?
Yes. Mention it when you text photos so it's included in your quote. We don't take hazardous waste, paint, fuel, propane or chemicals.
